Each 5ml contains : LevocetirizineDihydrochloride 1.25mg Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP 5mg Paracetamol IP 250mg
>2yrs: individualize. 2–6yrs: 1.25–2.5mL. >6yrs: 5–5mL.every 12 hours. or as prescribed by the physician.

One tab to be taken twice daily or as prescribed by the physician.

One tab to be taken daily or as prescribed by the physician.
Allergic Rhinitis (seasonal and perennial).
Hypersensitivity to any component of the product, severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <10mL/min).

Children aged 6-14 years– one teaspoonful (5ml) once daily. or as prescribed by the physician.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the product, severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <10mL/min).

Composition :
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide IP ........ 15 mg.
Cetirizine Dihydrochloride IP ........................ 5 mg.
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP ................. 10 mg.
Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP ........................ 30 mg.
Guaiphenesin IP ........................................ 100 mg.
Sodium Citrate IP ........................................ 75 mg.
Adult : 5ml - 10ml three times daily Children : 2.5ml - 5ml three times daily or as directed by the physician.
Temporary relief of coughs coughs and upper respiratory symptoms, including nasal congestion, associated with allergy and Cough associated with bronchitis, bronchial asthma, emphysema and other bronchopulmonary disorders where bronchospasm, mucous plugging and problems of expectoration co-exist.
Hypersensitivity to any of the component of the formulation.

Composition : Each 5ml contains: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide IP 10 mg., Phenylephrine Hydrochloride I.P. 5mg Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP 2 mg,.
5 - 10 ml three times daily or as directed by the physician.
Relief of dry coughs and upper respiratory symptoms, including nasal congestion, associated with allergy or common cold.
Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of product, bronchial asthma, severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, peptic ulcer, MAOI therapy or for 2 wk after stopping MAOI therapy.
COFNIX-BM SYRUP
Each 5ml contains: Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP 30 mg, TerbutalineSulphate IP 1.25 mg., Gualphenesin IP 50 mg, Menthol 2.5mg/5ml
5 - 10 ml three times daily or as directed by the physician.
Cough associated with bronchitis, bronchial asthma, emphysema and other bronchopulmonary disorders where bronchospasm, mucous plugging and problems of expectoration co-exist.
Hypersensitivity to any of the component of the formulation.

Each 5ml contains: Levosulbutamol 1mg, Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP 30 mg, Gualphenesin IP 50 mg
5 - 10 ml three times daily or as directed by the physician.
